Welcome Back!

Welcome to preschool! For many of our kids, this is their first time in school. We have had a great start! Remember to check your child's folder every day. A monthly newsletter will go home at the start of each month. Also, handwriting practice goes home on Tuesday and Thursdays.

The year is quickly coming to a close. We will be having our class party on May 20th at 11:30. Fifth grade transition will be at 1:00. I am losing most of my class to kindergarten next year and will miss them greatly. This has truly been a WONDERFUL year!! Thanks for all of your help in making your little ones progress. They have grown so much since August. Have a great summer!

January Updates

Hi everyone,

We have made it to second semester and a new year. It is amazing how quickly this school year has flown. Since I will be losing seven of my kiddos to kindergarten next year, we are really going to work hard this semester to get ready for that transition. We will focus on K5 behavior and goals as well as heavy language instruction. We are completing a unit on our community right now. Please refer to your child's newsletter for details.
Next month, we will be out of school the entire week of Mardi Gras. We will also be celebrating four birthdays and Valentine's day. Feel free to send a small snack on your child's birthday for the class as well as Valentine's cards on February 13th. Let's continue to work hard and make the rest of the year great!
